Shipping
Prints are made to order and usually leave the lab within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your print ships.

Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties or VAT by your country’s customs service when the parcel arrives. Those charges are paid by the recipient and aren’t included in the print or shipping price.
United Kingdom: prints shipped to the UK are available in the 36 × 24″ size only.

Damaged or defective prints
If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, get in touch within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. I’ll send a replacement at no cost. You won’t need to return the damaged print unless I ask.
Returns
Because every print is produced to order, returns for a change of mind aren’t accepted. Please check the size carefully before ordering. The print details page has help choosing one.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before your print goes into production.
